Practices for In-between Sessions

I’m so glad you are allowing me to help you stop the overwhelming emotions, feeling and thoughts. Below are the targeted exercises that have worked for many clients in between our sessions.

These not only help slow down the anxiety or lift the depressive feelings, they also speed our results.  In other words, GET THIS GONE FASTER. You can find which ones you need most or help most. Do some everyday – when you are feeling OK, when you feel those feeling oncoming, and as much as possible when in the experience you feel you don’t have control.

If you are my client, I will suggest some more than others, but feel free to try them all.

It can sometimes feel like “THIS ISN’T WORKING” but it does, you are not out of the woods and these help you get out even when you feel lost. Keep going!  I’m with you.

Cliff’s Story

He has had every depression medication and anxiety medication that he says is know to the medical field. Five Second Grounding

This quick, effective grounding video will both protect your energy and ground you. This should be done every morning (it’s only 5 seconds!), and can be repeated whenever you visit a place where there will be a lot of people, like a hospital, a business, or a party.

Quick Negative Energy Clearing & Protection

This simple, quick clearing and protection will help you release any lingering energy that you may pick up as you go about your day. You can do this clearing and protection whenever you’re feeling anxious, off, or feel like you’ve picked up energy that isn’t yours. You can do this clearing and protection as often as you feel is needed.

Short Tapping for Anxiety

This short, EFT tapping is intended to guide you through moments of anxiety, fear, and panic – whether you’re experiencing anxiety about an actual or hypothetical scenario. Use this tapping video on an as-needed basis, whenever you’re feeling anxiety or panic creep up.

Weekly Body Tapping (Use Daily if Anxious or Depressed)

This video is a whole body organ cleansing designed to clear negative energy from each of your organs. You can do this video once a week; however, if you are experiencing depression or chronic anxiety, you will get the most benefit from doing this practice once per day. This practice will take 30 or 40 minutes. Complete this practice in a quiet space, without disruption or loud sounds, if possible.

123 Free for Anxiety

This 3-step routine will help with anxiety and panic attacks. It is designed to be done just before or during a panic attack or intense episode of anxiety. You can use this video on an as-needed basis.

123 Free for Depression

This 3-step routine will help with depression and overwhelming, obsessive thoughts. It will help you re-connect with the passionate, enthusiastic version of yourself. Use this video when you are experiencing depressive episodes, a lack of motivation, or hopelessness.

Tapping for Worry

This EFT tapping video will help with feelings of worry, being afraid, fear, being uncomfortable, and always having to look around the corner or worry about what’s coming. You can use this video on an as-needed basis as you experience worry and fear, but if you are experiencing chronic worry and fear, the more often you use this video the better it will work.

Tapping for “I Believe in Healing Magic”

This tapping video is designed to connect you to the belief that energy work and energy healing really works. It will help you dispel any deep or lingering feelings of disbelief, as well as a releasing frustration about other methods and efforts not working. Use this video whenever you find yourself doubting that healing is possible for you or feeling disbelief that energy techniques can work for you. You can heal.

Tapping for “I Need Proof It Works”

This tapping video is designed to help with the need for proof. It will help you release any parts of you, even subconscious parts of you, that need giant proof to know that energetic techniques are working. It will also help alleviate the experience of healing spikes (the symptoms of healing or release that some people experience after energy work), as healing spikes are often the result of some part of you needing proof that the work is actually working (even if you do believe in it). Use this video if you are experiencing healing spikes from energy work you’ve already done, or between sessions to alleviate the ongoing need for proof.

Tapping for “My Illness is My Enemy”

This tapping video will help when you feel like nothing works for your illness and that you’ve tried everything to no avail. It will help you release feelings of frustration and wanting to give up, as well as the feeling that you’re illness is your enemy. Use this video when you feel frustrated about your path, tired of trying, and tired of fighting against your illness.
